I will be taking a couple of months off in order to work on a couple of projects. I should be back sometime in September. See you all then.

    1. Hi Mia, I am so sorry for taking so long to get back to you on other comments. My week has been crazy with my husband traveling and all sorts of things going wrong. Stress levels have almost peaked. Hahaha. I will get back to you later today, and although I am taking a break, I will be visiting you weekly.
Thank you for the well wishes, and please have a lovely weekend.
      🙂 ❤

      1. Hi Staci, thank you for your reply, please never worry with me. I totally get it, I’m pleased to read that you’re taking a break to get some projects done. You’re always welcome, I truly hope you enjoy your time away, wishing you much inspiration and creativity. Please take care. ~ Mia 🙂 ❤

      2. Mia, thank you so much for understanding. You know, just now I’ve been able to reply to comments. Ugh! Hahaha. I’m going to make sure I get at least one of the projects done in these couple of months.
Thank you for the well wishes. I could sure use them.
Please take care and I will be by your blog about once every week or two. Don’t want to miss out on too much. Haha.
        🙂 ❤

      3. Staci, I want to thank you for a kind reply. Have fun with your project! Please take good care, looking forward to your return in September, in the meantime ENJOY! 🙂 ❤

    1. Ohhhh, thanks so much Sibella. It will be a busy break, not relaxing at all. Hahaha. I’m finally going to get down to writing my devotional book, and I’m helping out with an English seminar.
See you soon, my friend. I won’t be a stranger.
      🙂 ❤

      1. Then have fun being busy if possible! 😀 A devotional book sounds wonderful, can’t wait to hear more about it! Yes, don’t be a stranger. 😀 Sending LOTS OF LOVE your way! ❤

      2. Hey Sibella. I know it’s been a while. Yes, I’m working on the devotional. I’m also involved in a one month long intensive English seminar here on our base.
How are you doing? I hope you are well. I’ll be by soon to see what wonderful artsy stuff you’ve been up to.
        Love and blessings, my friend.
        🙂 ❤

      3. It’s good to hear from you Staci! Always glad to hear the latest news. I’ve been ok, but this past weekend my kitty Jasper died and I’m so beyond sad… I know it will get better with time. Love and hugs! 💞

      4. Oh no! Really? What happened to him? Wasn’t he really young? I’m so sorry to hear that Sibella. I’m sure you are heart broken over it.
        Love and hugs to you.
        🙂 ❤

      5. He got hit by a car… I just can’t seem to find consolation, just so very heart broken 😭😭😭

    1. Heyyyyyy Saaransh. Yea, it’s probably going to extend somewhat until next year. I will be here a bit, but I am going to travel for three months, which makes it difficult to be regular. I will be here until November thought, and will be visiting you, my friend. I super appreciate you.
      Staci 🙂 ❤

      1. I just hope U have all the success in whatever u do…..I appreciate ur visits…hope I can fill them up 🙂
        Take care…enjoy…have a great weekend 😀

    1. Awwwww, thanks Rob. I need to take this break if I’m ever going to get my book done by the end of the year. Haha. I won’t be a stranger though. I’ll be by every so often to check out what you’ve been up to.

  1. I will miss you and your pretty pictures and poetry. I hope all goes well with your projects. I understand about needing to take some time off. I feel I may need to do the same if I’m ever going to finish my novels. All the best! 😀 ❤ xx

    1. Awwww, thanks Vashti. You’re so sweet.
My time is so limited these days, and like you, I am trying to get my book done.
Thanks for the well wishes, and may you also find the time and energy to finish your novels.
      🙂 ❤

    1. Thank you HM. I have a lot on my plate right now. I’m really going to have to get down to business and get all I want to done.

    1. Ohhh, hahaha. Thanks Chimp. I will be sure to do so. And I’ll try to rest and enjoy the process at the same time.
      Hope you are well.

  2. Have a nice break Stac….
and looking forward to seeing you again this fall – although I might be back this month to catch up on some missed posts – 🙂

    1. Ohhh, haha. Yes, this fall. For me it will be Spring. Yeah! Haha. Thanks so much Yvette. I’m trying to write a devotional book, and that’s mostly why I’m taking the break.
      Hope you are well.
      🙂 ❤

      1. Hope the book goes well!
And not sure what type it is – but I have one tip – be sure to add enough perosnal takes – I am sure you will….
I say this because this past week I read the daily devotional a from “duck dynasty” stars / and I only skimmed a couple dozen – and they are kind of b-flat! Too sterile and missing perosnal touches – if that makes sense?

      2. Heyyyyy Yvette. So sorry for taking so long to respond. I’ve been super busy. Apart from my book, I am involved in a one-month long intensive English seminar we’ve been holding here at our base.
The book is actually a devotional. And it’s all based on personal experience actually. It’s going to have my little art pieces and poetry, and then a brief devotional to go along with it. It’s going to be in ‘chapters’ of the ‘Color me’ girls I’ve been working on.
Anyhow, hope you are well and enjoying your summer.
        🙂 ❤

      3. Thanks – and I knew it was a devotional – but not sure what kind exactly – and I have prayed for you a few times – and actually you have been with me every day this past week – well – through your music you have been!
And I have told you before that only one other time have I enjoyed an album this much – it was Jamie Smith’s music back in 2005 and it was awesome – I wore out her songs – but it was what my spirit was soaking up at the time – and I actually gave a few of her CDs away and folks were like “it is nice” – but was not the same as my riveting enjoyment!
Anyhow – here we are In 2016 – and while I have had some over played playlists (and love my spouse’s stuff) -I have not enjoyed a full album like this since ’05!
I will do a formal review later – promise
But my very favorite song is “pare pra ouvir” and it is really good in headphones or in the car!
I like the other songs s
Too – for diverse reasons – but your voice is that one is like a paintbrush – and the mix of languages is tasty – I have played it for a few teens and there is silence when it is on!
        Truly a special song.
Ok – enough here A but thx for he reply and I knew you were on break so no worries on getting back with another reply! Cool?
        Thx again…..

      4. Yvette, I really am so touched. I’m so glad that my CD has made such an impact on your life. You know, sometimes you do something and really don’t know if it’s ever going to make a difference, but you do it anyway. Even if it’s made a difference in one person’s life, it makes it all worth it, right 😉
Thank so much for sharing that with me Yvette. I hope you are well and enjoying the summer. I think our winter is pretty well over. It’s just been getting warmer here, and being that it’s almost August, the temps are just going to rise.
        Have a wonderful weekend.
        🙂 ❤

    1. Thank you so much Timi. I certainly need God’s speed. Haha. I find it tough to live within the parameters of 24 hours in a day.
      Hope you are well.

  3. You will be missed during this time, but I definitely understand and will look forward to your return. Enjoy the summer Staci and I wish you all the best on your projects and that they go well 🙂 🙂 🙂

    1. Thank you so much Crystal. And you enjoy your summer too. I am actually in winter, but by the time I come back to the blog, it will be Spring for me, and I will be much chipper. Hahaha.
      Bless you.
      🙂 ❤

      1. I am…thanks so much Staci!! I know you are taking time off…I hope everything is going super! I’m not trying to promote my own blog…but my last post was about the glass piece I know we talked about. You don’t have to read it…but I want you to see “Draglioni !” when you get a chance. Much love to you ♡♡

    1. Hahaha. Yes Rusty, it is catching on. I am writing a devotional book, and I don’t have time to do both. Soooooo, if I really want to get this done by the end of the year, I’ve got to get to it. Haha.
Have a great summer, and hope you’re enjoying your grandchild.

    1. How has school been Zee? Thanks for the well wishes. It’s nice to be back for a bit and catch up. I’ll be by a little later this week to see what you’ve been up to.
      Blessings, my friend.
      🙂 ❤
